We deliver to target country through our trusted logistics partners to ensure that you receive your order in the best conditions. We offer free shipping to all destinations.
Order successfully validated
As soon as your order is validated by our team, you will receive an email to confirm its validation. If you have a question about your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make changes before the shipping phase.
Shipping
Please note that in the case of an order with several items, the shipping time to be taken into account will be that of the item with the longest shipping time.
Orders are shipped via Amazon logistics/Raymail/UPS/FedEx express.
We carry out quality tests on each of our products to ensure that they conform to your order and are ready for shipment. Please note that most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of the order. However, depending on stock availability, some orders may take 3 to 5 days to be shipped.
Delivery
Delivery is free of charge and takes between 3 to 5 working days. Shipping time is not included in the delivery time. Therefore, the time to be taken into account is the sum of the dispatch time + delivery time. Parcel Tracking
It may take a few days before you receive your tracking code. This will be communicated to you as soon as it is available. If you do not receive any information, please do not hesitate to connect to your customer area and consult your order history. Please note that the delivery time is not affected by the time your tracking code appears.
Taxes & custom
We ship from a UK-based warehouse. No customs duties will be charged. Our product prices include everyting.

- Mostly the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery time may be affected by flights, weather and other external factors. Please check the tracking information for the actual delivery time.
- If you find that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time period; 2) the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it; or 3) your package contains incorrect items or items are missing, please contact customer service within 45 days from the payment date so that the above issues can be resolved. For other orders, products and logistics issues, please contact customer service within 45 days of the order date.
- Due to inventory issues, packages may be shipped from different warehouses. Packages shipped from different warehouses may also have different shipping times.
