RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Return or exchange of an unwanted item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 45 days from the date of receipt.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please note :
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items and has a delivery tracking service.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
It may take more than 10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse and be processed either for an exchange or a refund.
You must submit a return request and wait for the approval email with instructions to follow before posting the item for return to us.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Defective item
If the item you have received is defective, please notify us within 72 hours by email contact@blazevideo.co.uk. You will receive a reply from our Customer Service team with all the necessary instructions.

Your confirmation email will contain all the necessary information to return your item.
Remember to print, fill in and put the return form in your package.
Remember to provide the tracking number after you have mailed your package.
Your package may take up to 10 working days to be processed in our warehouses.
If we do not approve your return request, you will receive an email justifying the refusal.

Do I have to pay for my return?
If your return request is approved, you will be provided with a pre-paid ticket, so you do not have to pay anything. However, if you return the item to us as unwanted, you will have to cover the cost of the return.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
It all depends on the method of payment you have chosen.
Once your refund has been processed by our finance department, it takes 5-10 working days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.
